December 2026 exam · 515+ target
Build content from scratch. No timed practice yet. Understand concepts deeply before drilling questions. Use Anki daily. Aim for 6–8 hrs/day.
Start with Bio/Biochem (highest-yield, most testable). Complete Kaplan Bio chapters 1-4. Begin Anki deck for amino acids and enzyme kinetics.
Read 1 CARS passage every single day from now until test day. Do not skip. This is the one section that only improves with daily repetition over months.
Template for a full-time study week (6–8 hrs/day, Sunday rest)

Save all AAMC official materials for Phase 3+. Never burn them early. They are the closest thing to the real exam.
Log every wrong answer: topic, why you got it wrong, what to know. Review weekly. This is 80% of score improvement.
After every FL: identify lowest section. Spend 60% of next week on it. Never let one section drag the composite.
